Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
