Job Description

We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Specialists in the Freight Forwarding industry. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the logistics and transportation sector.

Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, tracking shipments, arranging deliveries, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. You will need to have a strong understanding of the freight forwarding process, including customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international shipping requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to effectively resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions. Attention to detail is critical, as you will be handling documentation and coordinating freight movements.

Experience in a customer service role within the freight forwarding industry is highly desirable. Knowledge of industry-specific software, such as customs clearance systems and transportation management systems, is an advantage. A proactive and customer-focused mindset is essential for this position.
