Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Support Staff at NEOJAPAN Inc. Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries
- Explaining services to new clients
- Conducting meetings with customers
- Supporting sales staff tasks
Qualifications:
- Degree holder (Must)
- At least 2 years of working experience (any industry)
- Able to commute to BGC.
- Experienced with Customer Support (Must)
- Experienced as a Sales Assistant or CSR (Advantage)
Working Schedule:
- Hybrid
- Monday – Friday
- 8am – 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
