Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Customer Support Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support agents and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients.
As a Customer Support Team Leader, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and managing a team of customer support agents
- Monitoring and improving team performance
- Handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Coordinating and conducting training sessions for new team members
- Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Previous experience in a similar position and a proven track record of effectively managing a customer support team are also required.
