Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for individuals using the ticketing platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process ticket orders accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and perform basic troubleshooting.
