Job Description
DHL seeks a motivated Customs Associate to support back-end operations for partners in Bogota, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Mumbai, and Budapest. The role requires strict adherence to SOPs, timely completion of shift-based delivery and turnaround targets, and maintenance of high accuracy. Associates must promptly escalate operational issues, coordinate with stakeholders to improve processes, and deliver customer-centric service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any field; logistics, industrial engineering, or management preferred)
- 0–3 years’ experience in BPO or logistics; customs experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong written and verbal English, logical reasoning, and commitment to accuracy and deadlines
