Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Reports Analyst to play a vital role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting report requirements. This position is responsible for managing the production of reports and dashboards, ensuring that standard reports are delivered accurately and on time.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational reports, creating insightful data visualizations, maintaining a comprehensive report inventory, monitoring real-time performance metrics, and collaborating with team members for thorough analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree in any field
– Preferred 6 months of BPO experience as a Reports Analyst
– Proficiency in Power BI and Smartsheet
