Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive reports and analytics to enhance business performance. Your tasks will include analyzing complex datasets, recommending process improvements, and promoting a culture of continuous enhancement. Additionally, you will oversee and mentor Reporting Analysts to ensure the efficient production of analytical assets on a daily basis.
Successful candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in metrics development and analysis. A degree in business or finance is required, along with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this position.
