Job Description
I. Proactively monitor the health of the member account status and rapidly identifying issues.
II. Coordinate promptly with Department Head for any anomaly.
II. Provide weekly and monthly pacing reports and updates to all concerned Head Department.
IV. Assist in the daily ongoing support for Data Requests
V. Provide Member Behavior Analysis
VI. Provide Pro forma and postmortem report before and after for promotions, programs and events.
