Job Description
Data Collection and Cleaning:
- Gather data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct errors.
- Transform data into usable formats.
- Organize data for analysis.
Data Analysis Support:
- Assist users (Sales, CSR, Service Tech) & enable them to be self-reliant in their analysis
- Propose improvements & provide training to help improve the reports of other departments
- Perform basic data analysis
Reporting and Communication:
- Generate ad-hoc charts, graphs, and presentations other than the regular reports
- Communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Integrate key or frequently used reports into routine report
