Job Description
- Data Architecture Design – Design, develop and implement data architectures that align with business needs and growth plans. Define data models, schemas, and structures for different types of data.
- Data Integration – Work closely with data engineers to ensure smooth data integration from various sources. Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes.
- Database Management – Optimize and manage databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Data Governance – Establish data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data lifecycle management processes. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security practices.
- Collaboration – Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, software developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Documentation – Document data architecture designs, data flows, and technical specifications. Create and maintain documentation to aid in knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Performance Optimization – Monitor and analyze data system performance. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance data processing speed and efficiency.
