Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Assistant to join our team. As a Data Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Salesforce database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering and updating data in Salesforce system
- Conducting regular data audits to identify and resolve any inconsistencies
- Assisting with data cleaning and deduplication
- Generating reports and analyzing data trends
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes
- Providing support and training to Salesforce users
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
