Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
- 1-2 years of experience as a data center technician, or similar
- Extensive experience in installing, monitoring, and maintaining data center equipment
- Able to install and configure server operating systems, ESXI or other hypervisors/virtual machine monitors
- Able to perform troubleshooting and recommend fix for any Dell Server issues
- Exceptional ability to work as a part of a team, provide IT Support, and resolve errors
- Proficiency in documenting network processes
- Exceptional communication skills
- Willingness to respond to network and server errors after hours
- Handles regular data analysis reports and improvement plans
