Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Possess both speed and accuracy in gathering and entering data
- Attentive to details
- Proficient in working with MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader and PDF exporting (editing)
- Organised and with time management ability
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assessing of data/reference given by the Quality Assurance (QA) Department
- Retyping or copy and pasting the data from the reference to the Livingstone Format and Universal Format.
- Editing documents :
- Edit documents according to QA Departments instruction
- Placing data needed by QA Department
- Familiarisation with Safety Date Sheet (SDS) Icons
- Check the documents if all data are correct
- Follow the Standard Format for SDS
