Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking dedicated candidates to join our team in the role of Data Encoder at BPO Caldwell Support – NCR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently without the need for transfer.
- Match customer demands with our products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections for customer buy-in.
- Share information with both internal and external clients while collaborating with colleagues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
