Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently on the first contact.
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
