Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking motivated individuals to join our team in the role of Data Encoder. As a Data Encoder, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction while ensuring accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone and written communication to address their concerns effectively.
- Strive to resolve customer issues during the initial contact whenever feasible.
- Identify customer needs and align them with our client’s products and services.
- Employ negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer approval.
- Disseminate relevant information to both internal and external clients to enhance team collaboration.
