Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking dedicated candidates to join our team as Data Encoders. In this role, you will:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly on the first contact.
- Match customer needs with our products and services.
- Utilize settlement skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with both internal and external clients.
