Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking candidates to join our team as a Data Encoder.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands with clients’ products and services.
- Use influencing skills to achieve customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients.
