Job Description
- Work on the system and procedures in the warehouse perpetual & physical inventory.
- Ensures that develop system and guidelines works.
- Monitors & maintains the inventory levels & timely processing of Purchase Requisition Slips.
- Facilitate daily receiving & delivery reports for storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
- Communicates with other departments, staff groups primarily Production & Purchasing/Warehouse Heads.
- Ensures that merchandise & materials delivered were checked as specified on PO- Quantity & Quality Standard.
- Produces monthly regular reports and statistics as per requirements.
- Timely submission of reports & data updating during Quarterly Inventory.
- Issuances Encoding/Posting to system (updated).
- Monitors and oversees warehouse personnel.
- Other tasks assigned.
- Directly reporting to Warehouse/Purchasing Manager.

Pay: From Php500.00 per day
