Job Description
- Accurately encode data into the company database, ensuring all information is entered correctly and timely.
- Verify data against source documents, check for discrepancies before entry.
- Maintain files and databases, ensuring up-to-date and accessible records.
- Perform regular data entry tasks, update information, create new records, and delete obsolete ones.
- Collaborate with team for data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and report data-related issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to data entry and security policies, maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Assist in creating standardized procedures for data entry.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to data inquiries promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate: Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience: Encoder: 1 year (Preferred), Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
