Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Encode all inventory transactions (incoming and outgoing) in the stock card both manually and in SAP.
- Encode sales monitoring sequentially.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiar with VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
- Provide inventory reports and stock cards as needed by other departments.
- Prepare and file operation-related documents.
- Perform the reconciliation of inventory variances.
- Maintain accurate database management.
- Generate necessary reports.
