Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Encoder to join our team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in data management and administration.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data from various sources into computer systems or databases.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Organize and file documents, both physical and digital.
- Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data.
- Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data entries.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
