Job Description
The Reports Analyst reports directly to the Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for recording, consolidating, encoding, and generating reports of the day-to-day operations.
Indicated below are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Report Analyst:
- Prepares, together with the Operations Manager and Office Associate, the Post Activity Reports and Certificate of Completion for submission to the client.
- Checks completeness and accuracy of reports being submitted by the operations team based on the target in the circular.
- Ensures submission of reports via text and email daily, weekly, monthly, and as directed by the Client or Head Office.
- Checks accuracy and completeness of the warehouse inventory report submitted by the Warehouse Personnel before submission to the Head Office.
