Job Description
NCR Caldwell Hub is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Data Encoder. We offer an industry-leading benefits package, including a competitive salary ranging from Php23,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- At least High School Graduate / ALS Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and organize work effectively
