Job Description
Encoder Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately encode data into the company database, ensuring all information is entered correctly and timely.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents, checking for discrepancies or errors before entry.
- Organize and maintain files and databases, ensuring records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Perform regular data entry tasks, updating information, creating new records, and deleting obsolete ones.
- Collaborate with team members for data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and report data-related issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to data entry and security policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.
- Assist in creating standardized procedures for data entry processes.
- Prioritize and meet deadlines, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to data inquiries promptly and professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php610.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
