Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow the company’s quality policies and procedures.
- Accurately and efficiently encode data, test results, and customer information.
- Properly file Test Reports for retention.
- Assist in amending test reports.
- Responsible for record keeping and filing.
- Ensure records are retrievable and secured.
- Monitor retention times of records and maintain cleanliness in the data processing area.
- Report any irregularities to the Section Head/Laboratory Manager.
- Identify and report risks; conduct assessments under supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
