Job Description
- Monitor and address customer concerns via chat on designated Facebook pages.
- Verify customer details through phone calls.
Job Requirement:
- High School graduate
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Available to start immediately
- Proficient in computer skills
- Excellent communication abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
