Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitor and address customer concerns via chat on Facebook.
- Verify customer details through phone calls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Available to start immediately.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Excellent communication skills.
