Job Description
Quality Choices Corporation is actively seeking a detail-oriented Data Encoder responsible for the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions related to company expenses. The selected candidate will support various clerical and administrative functions while ensuring precise data input and organization within our system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into the database.
- Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized filing of essential documents.
- Assist in addressing account queries.
- Ensure compliance with invoice validation procedures.
- Process and verify invoices for payment promptly.
