Job Description
Primarily responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Provides support to our managers and employees, encodes all transactions, assists in daily office needs, and manages general administrative activities.
- With at least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Competencies required:
o Organized and keen on details
o Can work with less supervision
o Can deal with different levels of employees in the organization
o Efficient in project management handling projects and initiatives
· Knowledge of specific technicalities:
o Excellent communication skills in forming partner relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
o Must have presentation skills and must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and data processing programs.
