Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via chat or email.
- Provide timely responses regarding product usage and warranties.
- Clarify product details, promotions, and prices.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
- 1 year of Customer Service experience required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Must work onsite in Metro Manila, Cavite, or Rizal.
