Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify customer needs and assist in using specific features.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions.
- Update internal databases with technical issues and customer interactions.
- Monitor and assist with customer complaints on social media.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 1-year experience in a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Must work onsite.
