Job Description
SGS – Sapient Careers is actively seeking Call Center Agents for our locations across Metro Manila. Enjoy a competitive monthly salary of up to Php 28,00, along with a generous sign-on bonus of Php 30,00. No prior BPO experience is necessary!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise information regarding products, services, order status, shipping, returns, and refunds.
- Monitor orders and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers.
