Job Description
Our client initially specialized in replacement glazing, shower screens, and security and is a leading glass supplier.
Job Responsibilities:
- Log into system and check orders: Ensure all orders are accurately logged and verified.
- Check measurements: Confirm measurements and specifications with high precision.
- Customer communication: Send copies of orders to customers via email, ensuring all details are correct.
- Attention to detail: Maintain high standards in verifying and processing orders.
- Liaise with customers: Communicate with customers via email to confirm order details and dimensions.
Key Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry and verification is crucial.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using Outlook and Lisec GPS order systems.
- Fluency in English: Strong written communication skills for email correspondence.
- Glass Industry Experience: Previous experience in the glass manufacturing industry is preferred.
- AutoCAD Experience: Ability to work with AutoCAD for order specifications.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in data entry and customer liaison.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php32,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
