Job Description
Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates to join our team as Data Entry/Call Center representatives (Pure Non-Voice).
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact without transferring.
- Match customers’ demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients and teammates.
