Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact when possible.
- Match customer demands to our Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize influencing skills to achieve customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients.
