Caldwell Communications is continuously searching for talented individuals to join our team as Data Entry Clerks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Match customer needs with appropriate products.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections.
- Share valuable information with clients.
