Job Description
PCWORX IT Solutions Inc. is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our ERP system, conducting quality assurance on returned items, and managing document custodianship. Additionally, you will process replacement requests and oversee inventory levels. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential for addressing inquiries related to RMA documentation and ERP challenges.
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience and hold a degree in IT or Business. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and foundational data entry skills are required.
