Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers using a chat system or email
- Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties
- Give detailed instructions about products, promos, prices, and details to customers
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate / ALS Graduate
- 1-year BPO or Data Entry experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Must be able to work on-site
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
