Job Description
Qualifications:
– 1-year BPO experience with at least 6 months in Sales or Web Hosting account
– Good comms and tech skills
– Knowledge in Smartphone, email domain, and operating system
– At least HS graduate
Nice to have:
– Familiarity with all office applications such as Word Doc, Excel
– Familiarity with DNS, name servers, and IP addresses
– Familiarity with SMTP protocols, POP/IMAP/Active Exchange differences
– Familiarity with email security products and troubleshooting
– Excellent computer skills specifically using a CRM database system
– Strong and accurate data entry skills are required
