Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking motivated candidates to join our team as a Data Entry Encoder in the NCR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently on the first contact.
- Match customer needs with our products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to handle objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share relevant information with both internal and external clients.
What We Offer: A competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month, benefits including HMO, retirement insurance, and work-life balance initiatives.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday.
