Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our team for the position of Data Entry Encoder. As a part of our company, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone or written channels to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly on first contact, minimizing transfers.
- Match customers’ needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize persuasion skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external stakeholders.
