Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently on the first contact.
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to handle objections and secure customer commitment.
- Share information with internal and external stakeholders.
