Job Description
Position Summary:
- The successful candidate will be assigned to one of our clients as a Forms Configuration/Data Entry Specialist, contributing to a high volume of forms processing.
Position Responsibilities:
○ Key Responsibilities:
- Work with forms from various brokers/companies, digitize PDFs, and integrate them into Hellosign using different API’s.
- Troubleshoot issues with 3rd party tools and ensure accurate form upload to client portals.
- Finalize form configurations by implementing logic, mapping, checkboxes, and ensuring correct form section divisions.
- Ensure accurate composition of questions/sentences.
