Job Description
An Invoice Clerk’s main responsibility is to create accurate invoices, send them out, and ensure the company receives payment in a timely manner. Duties include:
- Ensure accurate invoices
- Resolve billing errors
- Record payments and customer info
- Perform administrative tasks and audit records
- Prepare customer account statements
- Require 1-2 years Invoicing experience
- Strong attention to detail for accurate entries
- Organizational and data entry skills
- General administrative skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
