Job Description
Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support to an office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the optimal use of office accommodation, furniture, equipment, and supporting services.
- Activities include planning maintenance and replacement, purchasing, and making lease, insurance, and supply arrangements.
- Represents the most common entry point for this career level.
- Works under direct supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education/ Education Level/ Major/Field of Study Or Education Level: High School Diploma / GED
- Experience/Background Experience/ Experience Details: No Experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
