Job Description
An Invoice Clerk’s main responsibility is to create accurate invoices, send them out, and ensure the company receives payment in a timely manner. Key duties include:
- Ensure accuracy of all invoices
- Resolve billing errors promptly
- Maintain payment records and customer info
- Perform administrative tasks, like auditing
- Prepare customer account statements
- Skills required:
- Excellent communication
- 1-2 years Invoicing experience
- Attention to detail in accounting
- Strong organizational skills
- Data entry knowledge
- General admin competence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
