Job Description
Summary Role:
Responsible for maintaining precise employee records, key responsibilities also include encoding data, ensuring comprehensive documentation of employee contracts, and offering support to the Compensation and Benefits Team. The ideal candidate must have exceptional attention to detail and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS IT, Computer Programming, or related courses.
- Six (6) months experience in document management, archive management, encoding, or records management.
- Detail-focused document organizing abilities.
- Time-oriented approach in handling queries and tasks and generating reports.
- Able to proactively manage and coordinate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately encode employee data into the HR database system.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Responsible for report generation and HR data analysis.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to support departmental goals.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
