Job Description
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Preferably with basic to advanced knowledge in Excel spreadsheets, Google sheets.
- Accuracy and Attention to detail.
- Organization and prioritization skills.
- Problem analysis, use of judgment, and ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Ability to work to time constraints and can work with minimal supervision.
- College Graduate, Fresh Grad
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Commissions and Incentives computation based on operations guidelines.
- Generating data and creating reports as requested.
- Responding to information requests from staff across all departments.
- Ensures staff compliance by examining records, operating practices, and documentation.
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
- Audit and communicate findings by preparing a final report to be sent out to operations heads.
